Lean processes: We start with a full review of your manufacturing operations through performing time studies and analyzing existing data to look for inefficiencies, goal vs. actual throughput, productivity, and bottlenecks.
Optimization: Often when there is a line imbalance or bottlenecks, we will create optimization models to redistribute work and properly organize processes for maximum throughput and quality.
Simulation: Building a model to simulate your manufacturing process, whether it is an isolated process or line, or a more complete view of your manufacturing, will drastically improve your visibility to potential, future issues. This will also give you the ability to test new lean ideas or reorganized operations in the future.
