While we will provide our recommendations, all our solutions are derived from business requirements to ensure we are tackling the organization’s challenges. Most importantly, solutions aren’t just identified with The Millson Group, we help you implement and execute to validate the solutions and ensure sustainable processes.

Meet the Millson Group Team

Sam Millson, Founding Partner

Sam Millson has spent his career learning best practices of global Supply Chains and implementing models to further those best practices. The combination of his development of innovative code along with his collaborative mindset has led to strong outputs and consistent savings for his companies.

Sam has worked for global companies such as Universal Studios, Textron, and Smith & Nephew, and has worked to improve operations for smaller restaurants as well. During his time at Smith & Nephew, Sam held several roles, most recently as a Manager for the Global Data and Analytics team, where he created global alignment and standardization, while developing best practice analytics and dashboards. Sam has also worked on a manufacturing floor to help improve lean operations and increase daily throughput.

Sam loves to travel, having been to multiple countries and driven to 48 states. He is a runner, continuing his lifelong passion in marathons after running collegiately at Georgia Tech in Cross Country and Track and Field. He graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors in Industrial and Systems Engineering, concentrated in Supply Chain.


Noah Conner, Partner of Strategy & Operations

Noah joined the Millson Group in September of 2024. He is excited to help accelerate the growth of the Millson Group, while ensuring it delivers value to its customers embodying what it means to be a true partner.

Noah has worked with multiple S&P 500 companies e.g. International Paper and most recently with Smith + Nephew. He focused on implementing improvements to their forecast, order management, and inventory optimization projects and initiatives. Noah also has exposure to startups and smaller businesses helping them create a business plan and kpis to enable future and sustainable growth. Understanding the strategy and execution needed to making a company successful, will help enable Noah to create value for Millson Group’s clients.

Noah now resides in Denver, CO where he takes advantage of the outdoors the city has to offer. He loves to travel, get involved in his community, and establish relationships with people from different backgrounds and cultures. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Supply Chain & Finance and a concentration in data analytics.
